Yes, and it has no time limit. One project, up to three people, and every feature. We do not ask for a card. The free tier shows advertising in the mobile apps, which is how it pays for itself.
Your account moves to the free package. Nothing is deleted. If you are over the free limits your records stay intact and readable until you remove projects or people, or subscribe again.
Within 14 days of your first payment, yes, in full and without explanation. The details are in our refund policy.
Only people you add to your account. Each customer's records are separated at the database level, and you choose which projects each team member can open. We do not sell data and advertisers never see it.
The mobile apps need a connection to save. If you record something while offline it is kept on the device and sent once you are back in range.
