Try before you pay

The free package has no time limit and needs no card. It includes one project and the full feature set, with advertising in the mobile apps. Use it as long as you want before deciding whether to pay for anything.

14-day refund on first payment

If you move to a paid package and it is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of the first payment and we will refund it in full. You do not need to explain why.

Renewals

Renewal payments are not automatically refundable, because you have had the service for the period. Two exceptions:

• Extended outage — if the service was unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours through our fault, we will credit or refund that period on request.
• Billing error — if we charged the wrong amount or charged you twice, we refund the difference in full, whenever you notice.

We send a reminder before any renewal, so there is time to cancel first.

Cancelling

• Cancel any time from your account settings, or by emailing us.
• Your package stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• After that the account moves to the free package — it is not deleted, and your records are kept.
• If you are over the free limits, your data stays intact and read-only until you remove projects or users, or move back to a paid package.

How to ask

Email support@onedoortech.com from the address on the account, telling us which payment you mean. We reply within two working days, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days depending on your bank.

When we will not refund

• Where the account was closed by us for breaking the terms of service
• Periods already used, beyond the 14-day window and the exceptions above
• Charges older than 6 months
